Germination Issues
We are sorry to hear you are having germination issues. We receive all our seeds in original breeder packaging and they guarantee about 90% germination.

Please provide details of your germination method and pictures if possible, as we are required to keep certain information on file for the breeder. Once we have that information we can then talk about replacements or credit towards a future order. We can replace seeds within 60 days of purchase in accordance with our policy.

Order did not get delivered by USPS
Please contact your local post office first for more information. We will work with customers if no update is provided from USPS after 2 weeks based on our Delivery Insurance Policy: https://northatlanticseed.com/faq/shipping-delivery/
Order delivered but missing seeds from order
Please provide a photo of the order you received so we can verify inventory and send replacements if necessary.
