You will receive a USPS tracking number via email from us when the shipping label is printed, typically within 1 business day. Please be aware that shipping estimates are based on when the shipping label is created and the package is received by USPS, not when the order is placed. Priority Express orders typically are only shipped in the morning due to USPS deadlines, so Priority Express orders may have a slight delay in shipping, but will typically arrive quickly once received by USPS.

DELIVERY INSURANCE:

We offer an optional Delivery Insurance which you can opt out of at check-out; it is tiered $8 up to $500, $12 for $500-$750, $16 for $750 – $1,000, and $20 for orders over $1,000. Delivery insurance offers you the peace of mind that if your package gets damaged or lost in transit, we will replace it. Please be aware that the shipping times offered by USPS are estimates only. The only guaranteed shipping option is Priority Express. Both Ground Advantage and Priority Mail can vary in actual shipping times depending on the time of year and other situations or circumstances, and are subject to internal delays within USPS. During the holiday season, it can be expected that packages will be delayed. USPS often posts these delays on their website and we will always try to be as transparent and informative as possible about this when we see it.

We ask that you give at least 14 business days for your package to arrive to you before reaching out for a replacement.

If we do send you a replacement package, we expect that you will ship back the original package if and when it arrives. We will send you a prepaid label to do so. Please keep in mind that breeder promotions or NASC promotional items may not be available for reshipped orders.

If the USPS tracking website indicates that the package was delivered, we have to assume it was. We will not replace packages that say they were delivered unless USPS confirms. If this happens to you, USPS can and will help. Before contacting us, please contact your local USPS office and they will geolocate the package and provide you with documentation stating that the package was misplaced, lost, delivered to the wrong address, etc. This paperwork is a requirement to obtain replacement seeds on a package that says Delivered in the USPS tracking system.

We ask that customers submit a Delivery Insurance claim within 60 days of expected delivery. USPS recycles tracking numbers periodically, so it is important to contact us while the tracking history is still available so we can work on a solution for you.
