We require a minimum purchase of $500.

FREEBIES/DISCOUNTS

Wholesale orders are not eligible for any additional discounts or coupon codes. Commercial growers are eligible for up to 10 bulk freebies with their orders. Online resellers and brick-and-mortar resellers are not eligible for bulk freebies. All wholesale customers are eligible for *most* breeder freebies. See the “PROMOS” page for more details on current breeder freebie promotions.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept money orders, certified bank checks, cash, Bitcoin, Dogecoin, ETH, and wire transfers. We also accept credit/debit for orders under $5,000 but do charge a 2.5% processing fee. We do not accept personal checks. In the “Customer Notes” section, please tell us what payment method you choose. If you choose to pay via wire transfer, we will email you with the necessary information. We do not offer other online application-based payment options such as Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp, etc. due to the industry.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

We do our absolute best to ship orders within 1-2 business days after we receive payment, and sometimes even the same day! We ship orders Monday – Friday and bring packages to the post office each day before 3 PM. The packages are scanned in at the local USPS post office, and from there, any updates come from USPS scans and tracking information directly. The shipping time listed at checkout is estimated by USPS, and updated once USPS has the package. As with any shipping service, the estimated times are not guaranteed and are subject to delay. Although we wish we did, we simply do not have control over the package once it is in the hands of USPS. We are more than happy to assist in any way we can, but please understand that we have the exact same information that you receive from USPS. Please reference the delivery insurance policy prior to sending any inquiry regarding updates to your tracking number on USPS.com.

TRACKING NUMBER

When your order gets shipped, you will receive an email from “Stamps.com” with your tracking number via USPS.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

Priority Mail: USPS estimated timeline 3-5 business days, subject to internal USPS delay. Price varies based on the size of your order and what size priority mail box(es) we need to use to ship your order. For orders between $1,000-$3,000, we charge $16 for a Priority Mail medium flat rate box. For orders between $3,001-$5,000, we charge $21 for a large Priority Mail flat rate box. Orders over $5,000 typically require two or more boxes, and we will adjust your order and charge accordingly.

DISCREET SHIPPING

We ship via USPS from Maine using a PO Box with a personal name, rather than a business name. The packaging is blank, with no indication of the business name or logo.

DELIVERY INSURANCE POLICY

We offer an optional Delivery Insurance that varies based on the size of the order, as it mirrors USPS delivery insurance. We highly recommend that all wholesale customers purchase Delivery Insurance with every order to give you the peace of mind that if your package gets lost in transit, we will replace it. If USPS loses your package and you did not purchase Delivery Insurance, we cannot replace it.

  • Order Amount: $1,000.00 – $2,499.99 – Delivery Insurance: $20
  • Order Amount: $2,500.00 – $4,999.99 – Delivery Insurance: $50
  • Order Amount: $5,000.00 – $7,499.99 – Delivery Insurance: $100
  • Order Amount: $7,500.00+ – Delivery Insurance: $150

There are some things to be aware of here. First and foremost, the shipping times offered by USPS are estimates only. Priority Mail packages can vary in actual shipping times depending on the time of year and other situations or circumstances. During the holiday season in the middle of COVID, it can be expected that packages will be delayed. USPS often posts these delays on their website, and we will always try to be as transparent and informative as possible about this when we see it.

We ask that you give at least 14 business days for your package to arrive before reaching out to us. After 14 days, please contact us via email ([email protected]).

If the USPS tracking website indicates that the package was delivered, we have to assume it was. We will not replace packages that say they were delivered unless USPS confirms. If this happens to you, USPS can and will help. Before contacting us, please contact your local USPS office, and they will geolocate the package and provide you with documentation stating that the package was misplaced, lost, delivered to the wrong address, etc. This paperwork is a requirement to obtain replacement seeds on a package that says “Delivered” in the USPS tracking system.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Money orders, and certified bank orders are cancelled after one week if no tracking information is sent to us. If you choose to pay via credit/debit invoice and do not pay your invoice within one week, your order will be cancelled. If you choose to pay via wire transfer or Bitcoin and you fail to make payment within one week, your order will be cancelled.

LEGALITY OF SEEDS

Seeds themselves are considered hemp products and are therefore legal to purchase and ship as hemp souvenirs. Our terms and conditions are explicit in that North Atlantic Seed Co. is in no way liable to what a purchaser chooses to do when the hemp souvenir is received. Please follow your state and local laws and do not germinate any seed if it is not legal to do so in your state.
