Notes from the Breeder: The coloring of Bahama Mama really came through on this cultivar, with vibrant purples present in every pheno we hunted. With golf ball sized nugs and long intermodal spacing, she is a stunner, but make sure your ceiling space isn’t too prohibitive if you’re growing her indoors. Alternatively, put her into flower on the earlier side to keep her height in check. Finished in 55-60 days.

Notes from the Breeder: Super high calyx-to-leaf ratio and incredible stacking, this cross between two of our all-time favorites is totally worth your while. The Trap Queen morphology shines through in these genetics with round, golf ball-shaped flowers, calyxes that stack for days. Long internodal spacing and very little foliage make for great airflow and bud development from the bottom of the plant to the top. Most phenos will produce deep purple buds. Immature anthers were observed in 20% of plants.

Notes from the Breeder: The Tropical Rozay is a cultivar that we have not have the pleasure of testing; however, it is the cross of two cultivars we really enjoyed growing. The Bahama Mama is a SolFire strain that is unbelievably striking due to its vibrant, electric purple coloration. It's a cross between Black Banana x Tropicana Cookies. We've honestly seen nothing like it; it is special. Our keeper cut, the Bahama Mama #4, was a beauty, though on the stretchier side with tight golf ball nugs, long internodal spacing, and semi-floppy branching. She passes along her fantastic purple color to anything we breed her with; however, she is prone to herming. While our mother showed no signs of herming, we have subsequently found that when bred, that genetic trait can pass down depending on the stability of the father. The Millenium Falcon is a cultivar bred by Relentless Genetics, and it is a cross between Rozay f3 x Rotten Rozay. The Millenium, much like the Bahama, hit more on the sativa end of the spectrum, but had tight buds and excellent calyx stacking.

Notes from the Breeder: Sugar Rim is an easy to grow, fast-to-finish sativa. Strong branches with large, dense, golf-ball sized nuggets hold themselves up with minimal effort. Topping is suggested to take advantage of the Sugar Rim's growth style. Extremely frosty and extremely fruity, this strain is a pleasure for both beginners and advanced growers. Sugar, spice, and everything nice. Limonene is dominant in most phenos, followed closely by caryophyllene. Ocimene, and myrcene are also abundant. A powerful sativa high that will leave you both energized and unfocused. 1-2% CBG.

Notes from the Breeder: The Green Crack Punch is an untested cross of the Green Crack Punch by Royal Queen Seeds and the Skunch by yours truly: Dirty Bird Genetics. This is a cross that we expect a lot out of because the two parents are a match made in heaven, in theory. Both have strong Skunk origins. Our keeper Skunch cut is bright orange and purple with the classic skunk terpene profile and strong yields. The Green Crack Punch is a low, squat bush with a bright skunk terpene profile and super tight, golf ball shaped flowers. She produces an incredible amount of flower per square foot, and has tight little calyxes that stack endlessly. We are excited to see this strain tested!

Notes from the Breeder: Destination Wedding is an untested cross of the White Wedding Rbx by the Bahama Mama s1. The White Wedding Rbx by Ethos was a super tight, boutique strain with vivid orange pistils and a gassy, mandarin orange terpene profile. The Bahama Mama s1 by SolFire is the single most vivid purple cut we’ve ever had the pleasure of growing. She’s stretchy and tall with tight, golf ball nuggets and very little leaf. We anticipate that the White Wedding Rbx will bring some sturdiness and bulk to the Bahama Mama S1, who will in turn impart her vivid color on the cross.

Genetics: Bubba Whip x Gelly Biscuit

Notes from the Breeder: Whipped Biscuit is an untested cross of the Bubba Whip by Twenty20 Mendocino and the Gelly Biscuit by SolFire. The Bubba Whip is a classic OG Kush. It’s a bushy plant with medium internodal spacing and tight golf ball flowers. She is light green in color with pale pistils and velvet white trichomes. The Gelly Biscuit is a bit hardier and more colorful than the Bubba Whip, but with equally dense buds and an equally high calyx to leaf ratio. We expect their progeny to be an earthy, colorful kush.

Notes from the Breeder:The Chocolate Pie by Cannarado Genetics is a cultivar that we have come back to many times in our breeding projects. With dense buds and stacked, swollen calyxes, its quality is incredible and it imparts a wonderful grape terpene profile into most genetics it’s crossed with. As dominant as the grape terps seem to be, the bright, pine terpene profile of the Durban Poison is even more dominant. This cross is sure to produce some uniquely pungent smells, and will likely exhibit strong purpling in some phenos.

Notes from the Breeder: Wilderness Kush is an untested cross of the Pakistan Chitral Kush by Ace Seeds and the Platinum Kush Breath Remix by In House Genetics. The Pakistani Chitral Kush is a pure kush landrace strain from the 90’s. She is a short, squat, bushy plant whose solid purple coloring and bright, pine terpene profile are two of her most notable characteristics. Our Platinum Kush Breath Remix cut is one of our favorite cultivars to breed with. She has perfect internodal spacing, medium foliage, dense buds, a high calyx-to-leaf ratio, beautiful purple and maroon coloring, and higher-than-average trichome production. I would expect these two strains to produce terpy, colorful flowers on a medium-sized, bushy plant.

Notes from the Breeder: Amazing terps unlike others - bright floral sharp. The Chocolate Unicorn is the beautiful marriage of two boutique, high quality cultivars that we have bred a lot with: the Chocolate Pie by Cannarado and the Unicorn Poop F1 by Thug Pug. The grape candy terpene profile of the Chocolate Pie generally dominates the earthy, gassy terpenes of the Unicorn Poop. The Chocolate Unicorn has dense, spear shaped colas, fat calyxes, and loads of color contrast coming from her lime green flowers, purple leaves, and vibrant orange pistils.

Notes from the Breeder: The Black Phoenix V2 is a slightly different version of our original Black Phoenix. Instead of breeding with our Bahama Mama #4 (which is very leggy and extremely dark like Blackberry Kush), we used our Bahama Mama #3 (which has closer internodal spacing and less stretch, but a lighter purple color). Expect foliage to be mostly purple at harvest, while the buds will have purple peppered in against green and orange. Top to create a nice bush, and plan to stake up colas mid-flower.

Notes from the Breeder: Expect similar results to our Dark Soul Tester, as the difference is simply in the selected Bahama Mama cut used in this version! The mega-gorgeous Dark Soul is a regular male/female F1 cross of Solfire’s sativa-dominant Bahama Mama and Thug Pug’s indica-hybrid, Unicorn Poop. Like many F1 hybrids, the genetics are vigorous and strong. The show-stopping neon purple of the Bahama Mama really came through on this cross, peppered with some of the Unicorn Poops vibrant and deep maroon coloring. Our Unicorn Poop and Bahama Mama parents both produce golf-ball type flowers with long internodal spacing, both of which passed on to their Dark Soul progeny. It’s hard to find more bag appeal than this, folks. Earthy, fruity, floral, stinky and funky. The one thing to look out for on these ladies is hermaphroditism. While we did not observe this in our initial testing, we have found that the Bahama Mama is prone to it, and that is the sole reason this strain is still in the tester phase.  Dark Soul is a big stretcher in flower.  Most phenos will have nice golf ball shaped neon purple buds ranging from maroon to deep purple, and covered in tons of frost. Branches can hold themselves up into late flower with little staking.

Notes from the Breeder: Wedding Poop is an untested cross of the White Wedding Rbx by the Unicorn Poop F1. The White Wedding Rbx by Ethos was a super tight, boutique strain with vivid orange pistils and a gassy, mandarin orange terpene profile. Our Unicorn Poop F1 parent is an extremely vigorous vegetative plant with significant stretch in bloom. Long internodal spacing with tight golf ball sized buds developing top to bottom in flower. Very high calyx-to-leaf ratio and super fat, swollen calyxes glittering with significant trichome accumulation. We expect the result of this cross the boast high trichome development, and dense easy to harvest buds that cure into citrus, gas terps with a solid indica hybrid effect.

Notes from the Breeder: This boutique strain takes the best of both parents and produces breath taking dense buds of hues of purples, maroons, and green. Everything has nice boutique quality and amber coloring on most phenos, with a gorgeous sunset fade. Incredible sugar. Sour sharp apple/pine, green apple terps. Spiced. One stand out pheno was gorgeous, with deep purple leaves and dense buds offering smells of fermented apple and a little gas undertone. Another stand out, albeit very similar, offered apple rubarb and spiced apple donut smells and had the tightest structure but nice intermodal spacing for light penetration and airflow. Resembles the Dirty Mimosa!
