Holyfield didn’t pass our in-house stress testing with flying colors. But we feel what she lacks in adaptability and ease of growing (she is not recommended for new growers.) Holyfield makes up for it with her qualities that help with insomnia. She will literally put you to sleep, and is not recommended for daytime consumption. Smells and flavors consist of a sweetness, combined in most of the genotypes with a citrus overtone, followed by a earthy-spice and pepper. When grown well she is a powerful indica dominant cultivar, but when not grown well she loses a large amount of her charm. But even grown poorly Holyfields ability to cut through insomnia issues is still present and we feel like this makes her worthy of release to the public. Hopefully some of you who suffer with long term Insomnia issues can find some small relief with this creation of ours.

Growing Tips: Recommended for intermediate level growers only.
We recommend growing all feminized seeds in the veg. state until they have reached sexual maturity (stigmas beginning to show) before flowering them. Stabilization through cloning is also recommended for those who prefer that route. This drastically reduces the risk of intersex traits that may be experienced by a very small amount of growers *(higher rates can be experienced with feminized (S1) seeds compared to regular seeds). We have thoroughly tested these seeds just like all of our seeds prior to releasing them, and found no issues, but based on our experience those who rush fem. seeds into flowering from seed tend to be the ones who we see have problems.
