OG KUSH (KUSH CHEMDOG X HINDU KUSH)
These genetics have been on the market since the early ’90s, astonishing novice and expert growers all over the world. First of all, it should be noted that this is a very powerful strain, both for its structure and its punch.
It comes from the crossing of Kush Chemdog x Hindu Kush, two parents that give it the recognized Indian character. The plants of this strain are characterized by their short internodes and thick leaves and axes. In addition, at the beginning of flowering, they tend to expand towards the sides, so you must be careful with its final size.
These genetics, from crossing Kush Chemdog x Hindu Kush, create a mainly indica strain, therefore, its flowering indoors and outdoors is short. Outdoor gardeners can harvest this plant in the middle of October. Indoor growers can harvest within 55 – 60 days of flowering.
The size of OG Kush outdoors can range from a very impressive 2m – 3m, so stakes are suggested to support the side branches that fall due to the weight of the flowers. The yields can be 600 – 800 g/plant outdoors. While indoors, plants can reach a size of 1m – 1.5m and yields are typically 450 – 500 gr/m2.
This strain’s taste leaves no one disappointed. Its aroma is of pine and lemon with a spicy touch, marveling weed connoisseurs around the world. While its effect is moderate, users tend to feel happy, but relaxed. If you abuse this strain, you will get stuck to couch for hours. The medicinal value of OG Kush has been recognized for its ability to relieve pain, insomnia and anxiety.
