RUNTZ (GELATO X ZKITTLEZ)
Runtz resulted from the cross between Gelato x Zkittlez. The breeders combined the Zkittlez, a very acclaimed strain with a candy flavor, with the Gelato, a strain with a sweet and creamy taste. After perfecting this sweet cannabis cocktail, Runtz feminized seeds manage to showcase the best traits of both parents.
Runtz is a strain that requires expert hands to cultivate for maximum yield. It is a mold-resistant plant, a trait inherited from its parents. Runtz can survive outdoors, but will really flourish in a grow closet. These plants can grow up to one and a half meters. Optimal growing conditions are 71 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and 64 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit at night. Relative humidity is important for this strain. In its vegetative period, the ideal is 55 to 70% and in its flowering period, 35 to 50%. First, make sure the temperature around your feminized Runtz plants is as follows – Daytime: Between 71 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit. – At night: Between 64 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The relative humidity inside your grow tent depends on the particular stage of growth of your marijuana seeds. These levels are – 55 to 70% during vegetation – 35 to 50% during flowering. If you want to grow this strain outdoors, it requires a semi-humid climate to thrive.
The location you choose for your seeds should also receive plenty of sun. Growers living in the northern hemisphere should plan to plant their feminized Runtz seeds in April. This fruity strain has a flowering time of nine weeks, which means you can expect to harvest its abundant buds in October. Indoor growers can expect yields of around 18 ounces per square meter. Outdoor growers, on the other hand, can get up to 21 ounces per plant.
